The Heartwork Mini-Retreat provides individuals with an opportunity to experience the dynamic inner-work that Heartwork offers, with a minimal expenditure of time - the event can be done at home or from any location with a friend.This is wonderful opportunity to deepen one's inner work.
During the course of the day, I teach, and participants practice, a number of tools that give the opportunity to look at the possibilities that exist within relationship for personal growth and ever-deepening intimacy with another human being. Through brief talks, experiential exercises, and group discussions, we will explore what creates and sustains intimacy in relationships, how it is lost, and how it can be renewed. You will learn how to work with the “Relationship Transformers” (download the .pdf file at http://www.awakentheheart.org/files/relationship%20transformers%202008.pdf ), tools that are GUARANTEED - if both parties love each other and are willing to do their own work, in and through the relationship - not only to take a relationship through any possible difficulty, but to transform the very nature of the relationship itself and create the most loving, intimate relationship one has known.
The mini-retreat is open to singles as well as those in relationships.
